William was last seen on March 7, 2013 in Brooklyn, New York. He was suppose to meet a fellow student on that day in Staten Island, New York. He never arrived. He is reported missing from Perth Amboy (N.J.) Police Department. He currently has dual residences in Brooklyn, N.Y. and Perth Amboy, N.J. The vehicle he was operating, a 1998 Silver Lexus was abandoned in Somerset, N.J. on March 7, 2013 at 7:30pm. William may be depressed and paranoid.
