If you are appealing because you need more time to abate your violations, go back to the "My Workspace" page and click on "REQUEST AN EXTENSION."

You have the right to appeal any Notice, Order, or Decision rendered by the Commissioner. To do so, locate your "Registration #" and "Order #" on the document you wish to appeal. If the request is not made within 15 days of service, (24 hours for imminent hazards) it will automatically be denied.
You will be asked a general reason for appeal and if you wish to provide a more specific reason you may. If appealing inspection violations, a list of all violations specific to that inspection will appear for you to appeal one or all.
To process your appeal, if you do not already have a registered account, we will ask you to provide contact information such as telephone numbers and email addresses for your Registered Agent, the Business Owner, and possibly the Billing Contact or Property Owner depending on what it is you are appealing.
You will receive a letter indicating the status of your appeal.
